Co - House Sponsorship: $20,000 - $39,000

House Sponsors and Co-Sponsors are a very special group of Habitat donors. These sponsors directly impact a low income family in Tuscaloosa through their generous donation, which assists in the funding of materials and cost of building a Habitat for Humanity Home.

House Sponsors are businesses, faith based organizations, civic groups, individuals, and foundations who contribute funding to build a Habitat home. Sponsor donations pay for the cost of the materials to build the home, tools and supplies.  

Habitat Homeowners work alongside the sponsor and volunteers in building the home. Working together, Homeowners, sponsors and volunteers develop a positive relationship, gain a greater understanding about the need for affordable housing and the create the ability to transform lives and communities.

Sponsorship Benefits:

*Acknowledgement on a sign or banner on the home lot, which remains through the build until the formal Dedication of the home.
*Recieve updates on the build and on the homeowner family as they travel through the Habitat program.
*Special acknowledgemetn at the Dedication of the sponsored home.
*Special recognition in Habitat's collateral material throughout the build.
*Sponsors and Co-Sponsors, if they wish, can also participate as volunteers in the Building of the home, which takes approximately 6 months.

*Acknowledgement during sponsored workdays
*Acknowledgement in Habitat collateral material
*Sponsors who are interested are invited to volunteer on their day(s)
